If I could leave negative stars I would. My daughter was referred by a well known community member to take her car in for repairs when she first got it in Dec 2021, the car is old and needed some work we get it. The first visit my daughter requested to change the brakes and the fluids, get the invoice states brakes were changed and fluids filled up pays and leaves, has no brakes, and the fluids were almost and not checked at all. Daughter contacts the lady at the desks shares her complaints and was told new brakes give it time. A couple days later daughter still has no brakes, have it towed in and they say it was the master cylinder this time, and something else ok replace it cost $416.00 pay get the car back daughter STILL has NO brakes and by NO brakes I mean NONE ZERO ZIP. Have the car towed yet again to the shop, they say oh it must have been a faulty part replaced it and replaced the alternator pulley, ok pick the car up on Tues 2/02/2022 after the "repairs" of course. On 2/07/2022 at 10pm my 16 yr old daughter driving home down the dark highway coming around a curve car looses ALL power comes to a complete stop dead in the middle of the highway no lights, no hazards oh and because the door locks are electric locks her inside the car. Sheriffs department and tow drivers had to remove the car from the middle of the road to avoid getting smashed by another vehicle with my child inside. Stumped....guess what the issue was oh yeah did I mention the pulley replacement? Yep..sure did the "NEW" pulley locked up. So now we have to pay for yet another tow and now her a different vehicle. If you want safety and your vehicle repaired correctly I recommend taking it elsewhere. If you have a death wish and want a wild ride on the crazy train then by all means jump on board with 5th ave! Oh and all of this is documented and with merit!
