    Ive previously used Mr. ********************** on one occasion to install some water lines for my new washer. First experience was 7 out of 10. He performed the service, but he did not keep our original appointment, texted with excuses of ran into work emergency. But finally came after 2 days. Next time time I requested service, we established a time of 10am. I called to confirm 15 minutes before and stated Im running late be there by 11. If I had not reached out, I believe he would not have communicated he was running late. Once he made it gave me a diagnosis, told me a price, had to order a part, that it would arrive in 7 days, told me hed call me in 7 -10 days to schedule to come back. That was 7/10. I received no further communication from Mr. ********************** after a paid my initial payment. I called him 2 weeks later and asked for a refund, since I had not heard from him and went another route. He went back forth with me about my payment, that I didnt reach out to him(which I was doing). And that did I think he should take a loss. I told him to take his diagnosis fee and refund the balance. This was (7/27)!! Ive been calling, texting with no response from Mr.**********************. Hes taken my money, Im out of $245 with NO recourse. I recommend anyone NOT to use his service!! He displays no professionalism, horrible customer service, rude, and a scam!!
