******** has been coming every two weeks to clean our ***** square apartment for almost two years now, and we absolutely LOVE her. She is extremely reliable, very communicative, and in general just a good seed of a person. It is always consistently her that comes to clean, and she remembers the little details and quirks about our home. She goes above and beyond and the day she comes is my favorite. Heres an example: at one point, we switched out our weaved material couch for a bright velvet one. I forgot to ever ask if she could make sure to vacuum it down real quick because my black cats hair would get all over it. But she did it anyways. She always goes the extra mile, is always so so nice, and it's been really nice getting to know her. ******* will sometimes bring a second person who is obviously from her family, and sometimes she will be on her own. We actually really love this as not only is it just really nice to get to know her and her family, but we also know our money goes directly to support her and her business (unlike a lot of cleaning services where the cleaner only gets a small cut of the payment). This is really important to us as we want to support honest hardworking people and thier businesses. ******* also never uses harsh chemicals that waters my eyes or hurts to smell. She leaves the place looking and smelling great but not overwhelming which I am really grateful for as I can be really sensitive to these things. She loves cats and is so nice to my cat too. Lastly, ******** is NOT judgmental at all, which is very important to me. I have bad ADHD and sometimes I am honestly truly so embarrassed at the mess when she comes. She always makes me feel at ease with it and always leaves the place looking s*** and span. Truly top notch lady and truly top notch services. I've come to trust her a lot and just like her as a person too. Highly recommend!
