I wouldnt give him any star, but I guess I have to.!!This is a **** and his ads in the newspapers need to be pulled. Mr **** Randolph is a man who enjoys taking advantage of Veterans! He seemed very nice and credible, but dont be fooled. My 89 year old dad saw his add in the ********* of ********* Indiana about Precision Clock Repair. We called and it took him forever to receive a call back. That should have been the first and only red flag. When he finally did, he scheduled an appointment and came to our home where he took the guts of the clock out and gave us an estimate. He requested $*****service fee and 50% of the estimate. My father gave him that smount and was happy to hear the clock could be repaired. After a couple of months of calling to get updated he finally responded, All I heard was how he had many illnesses he was dealing with. After constantly texting him, he finally returned and put the clock back together. He charged us more because he needed to order parts. It seemed to work at the time he was here so we paid him and he assured us if it stopped working, we could call him and he would return. Well not five minutes after he left it stopped working. I tried and tried to contact him to return to address the problem. He didnt answer. After several attempts, using text messages, because he would not answer his phone, he said he would return and scheduled appointment to return. HE NEVER SHOWED *P! He did this twice l. He keeps telling me he is sick. After reading several complaints here on BBB I realize he is just a scammer. We were very disappointed and just want others to know that this business is not going to fix your clocks. This man took advantage of an 89 year old Veteran of the * S ***** This is Shameful. And as for the newspapers that continue to run his ads, also shameful!
