            This company is supposed to reimburse for medical expenses from my insurance company. Through very poor customer **********************, and extremely confusing business practices and rules I have not been reimbursed for my expenses. The amount of time that I have put into trying to get money back is absolutely insane and unacceptable. I feel the way they are doing business is purposely complicated to discourage consumers from getting there reimbursement. Not only that but I have been forced to put large sums that should be covered on credit and the interest is continuing to add up. I dont have time to go through another day of fighting with this company.

            Absolute worst company on earth to deal with. Took me two months to gat a claim cleared up. What exactly they thought I was spending $78.00 for at my Gastro doctor, I have no idea. I asked if they thought I went in and bought fresh baked pies or something. It is MY money, let me use it for MY medical expenses as I see fit. I should not need to get original copies of anything as proof my doctor performed what is on the claim. This is the first year our company has used these people and I hope to God we don't ever use them again.I will repeat what I first stated:They are the absolute worst company on earth to deal with.Someone needs to shut them down ASAP.
