      In three words: Deceptive Pricing Practices. We met with them on 12/18/23 regarding a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk that was advertised on their website line for $57,922. And of the cover of their website at a "no hassle" price of $55,922. When meeting with the sales person and subsequently the sales manager, we had an agreed to price of $57,922 - $9000 trade in on our 2014 jeep Grand Cherokee - $1000 for loyalty customer for a net cash price of aprox. $48,000. On 12/20/23, just two days later, when we went to purchase the car, our new price was $50,000 with the Sales Manager stating that the only line price had mistakenly double accounted for discounts and incentives. We turned down the offer, only to call them back to ask if they would honor their last quoted price to us of $50,000. The short answer was no, we then received a 3rd quote from them of $53,000! When I mentioned and actually shared their website listings for this vehicle, I was told by the sales manager that it was a mistake and they didn't need to honor the listed price(s). Myself and wife truly felt sorry for the sales manager who dealt with us in good faith the entire time. In summary, Do yourself a favor and avoid this business like the plague. In total, we wasted 4 hours and two trips to this dealership, and we were a cash paying customer.

      We bought a car just over a month ago and noticed that the paint was bubbling and chipping. My wife took the car back in and service told her we needed to take it to a dealer that has a body shop its a paint defect. I called and spoke with a guy named **** who stated that even though we just bought the car we have to wait until November to get it fixed when the dealer with a shop has a rental available. I asked him why they cant provide a loaner so it can be done right away and he refused to help. Moral of the story they got paid and the **** with the customer. Go elsewhere and buy customer care is not here

      Horrible customer service. We have been trying to get the parts to fix our truck for 2 years now. Everytime we call to see if our parts came in they say there in no claim, then the people we deal with don't even work then anymore so then we have to start over. This process has been gping on for over 2 years now. And still no parts or claims they seen in there system. Even though they have us in the books scheduled to get new back windshield in, just to cancel bc they want to do all parts at once. But then they don't have the parts or no claims weird , I think so . Been on the phone with them for 2 days now and they still can't find any claims AGAIN. TRUCK IS STARTING TO SMELL LIKE MOLD BC OF THE **** IN THE BACK WINDSHIELD NOW. NOBODY CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT IS GOING ON PAID ****** FOR THIS TRUCK FOR THEM TO NOT DO THERE JOB AND GET THE PARTS THAT ARE NEEDED.
