I'm so sorry for the inconvenience you encountered. You are correct we are a billing vendor for over 700 radio stations and brokers. I'm not sure what radio station you are referring to that refuses to do business with us, but I can tell you more about the 700 stations we are contracted with. The only reason why my call center reaches out to the customers prior to the airing is so we can confirm the customer received the invoice and schedule. Unfortunately, we have experienced some customers claiming they never received an invoice or schedule after the show already aired. That has become a way to justify why they will not pay. We made some changes since and now contact every customer that agreed to be a part of the community awareness programs and confirm they indeed received the invoice. These shows are designed to benefit the local community. We do offer promotions to our customers who are in position to clear up the invoice with a pre pay option and if so we give an extra day or days depending on the amount for the early payment. No one will make anyone pay something they either can't or don't wish to. The due date on the invoice is the latest date the invoice should be paid. The representatives who make the calls use internet lines and do not have control over what number comes up on the caller id. Please contact me and I will do what I can to make this experience a more enjoyable one. I will be more than happy to give you some free airtime on us to make up for any inconvenience.
