      My order#:02825064. 2 Mugs broken in the package so contact to customer care for it so they offer different items than I ordered by saying that items which are I ordered not in stock. I go to Corelle's website and able to see that those items in stock and able to order by myself so I reply the same to customer support. Their response was funny that in stock from customer facing site but not from internal site. I requested for refund which should be equal to cost + tax + shipping, they agreed and issue refund (I double check with them as well and I have proof for it), when I check my account refund amount not equal to reorder amount from their site. I request multiple times and they keep arguing, now stop responding. Please help me with this.

      I have reviewed your file and regret the confusion which arose regarding your broken mugs. I am sure that having them arrive broken was disappointing enough. The information provided to you regarding those mugs and the refund must have been additionally frustrating.

      You were correct regarding the availability of the 2 Simple Lines mugs. They were at the time, and still are available. And,even though we have credited you for the original amount you paid for these items, I have made arrangements to have them shipped to your attention. You should receive them within the next 5-7 business days by *** ground. You will receive an email when the mugs ship.

      Additionally, as we understand the inconvenience that this situation has caused, as an additional goodwill gesture on the part of Instant Brands, I am crediting you for the additional $4.12 required to make up the difference if you had to replace the order.

      I hope you find the above resolution acceptable. We appreciate your loyalty to our company and hope that the two mugs will help complete your set.

      I bought a few pyrex 4 cups and 2 cup perex glassware in 2020. The lids are broken within the two years warranty period. I have been reached out pyrex warranty department by email and file replacement. It's been months and I did not hear Perex get back to me. The replacement cost for me to buy the replacement lids is almost the same price of buying a whole new set. During the pandemic, I have been working from home. I don't have microwave or dishwasher at home. It is all normal used. It must be the quality of the rubber that Perex is now using is in bad quality and caused the defection in a year. I am happy to provide the pictures to show the defective product.

      We spoke with ***** on December 1st and sent an email to her requesting images of the damaged items, and we did not receive a response from her. Upon receiving this notification, our ************* team reached out to her via phone today and was able to connect with her. We have processed an order for the requested replacements, and ***** will receive an email with tracking information once the order has shipped via UPS.
