            On 2/6/2024, 2/23/2024 and 3/14/2024, the Better Business Bureau contacted Prestige Home Construction, Inc requesting for the removal of BBB Accredited Business Torch logos from their website. Prestige Home Construction, Inc is not an accredited business. Therefore, this business is currently violating the BBB's name and logo policy and has falsely stated BBB accreditation or referenced BBB's name in an unauthorized manner, despite BBB's efforts to get the business to cease using BBB's trademark. This use of BBB's trademark constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of trademark rights of the International Association of Better Business Bureaus.

            This matter has been referred to the International Association of Better Business Bureaus (IABBB) for further action.

            We were recommended this business through the public adjuster when we had hail damage to our roof. They finished the roof and gutters, but were also supposed to complete the leak damage inside the residence. They did not compete the work. We have made several attempts to contact them and the public adjuster, to no avail. Be careful using this company.
