            On 9/4 I purchased a treadmill from Dicks sporting goods in ******* ***** to be delivered and assembled by AIT Worldwide Logistics. After 4 days *** finally contacted me to deliver on 9/20/24. Well, on the evening of 9/18 they texted me and cancelled with no delivery date in sight. I guess I'm the lucky one as they didn't enter my home and destroy it like others have complained about. This company is the pits. Why any company would use them is beyond me.

            The most unprofessional service I ever received. I had a schedule delivery that was never delivered stating they didn't have my full address which was not true. Called to speak to a supervisor was put on hold multiple times for over 30 minutes to an hour. Finally spoke to someone and was put on hold again for 30 minutes then the phone hung up I call back, and was told that she went to lunch. Then all of a sudden I get a Then all of a sudden I get an email that states that states that my delivery was Postpone for the next day by dispatch after they told me that it would be delivered the same day. I got the runaround all day long and I stressed to them the of my Original schedule appointment I couldn't takeoff another day at work to wait on their error. This company should be out of business. It should be against The law, the way they treat customers.
