            My landlord keeps getting letters from Nemanich Consulting that are complaints against me and threatening fines. The complaints are for ***** things such as 1: a fence in my yard (I do not have a fence), 2: children playing outside (all of the neighborhood kids play outside together, this is a family neighborhood), 3: unloading groceries from my car at my own garage door. I have attempted to call this business and they were extremely rude and dismissive, talking over me and placing me on hold before ultimately hanging up and never answering my calls again. I feel like I am being harassed at this point and my peace is being jeopardized due to this business. They have unethical practices and need to be stopped.

            This is the most incompetent, worthless, mean group of people you will ever meet. They have no idea how to manage their own office let alone someone else's property. They seemingly all work from home and care nothing about their clients. They get things wrong at every turn. They know nothing about managing property or people or contractors. ***** in the office is a nasty cvnt and should not be dealing with people, she should be folding sweaters at ******! Stay far, far away from this place. We are in the beginning stages of extracting them from our property. I cannot wait to tell them... You're Fired! It will be worth every ***** I spend on lawyers to rid us of this impotent company. I could go on and on and on about all the things they do wrong but, I think you get the point.

            The following response concerns a complaint filed by **************** to the Better Business Bureau against Nemanich Consulting & Management, *** (NCM). First and foremost, as the management company, Nemanich Consulting acts as an intermediator between community owners and their ***** of ********** comprised of homeowner volunteers. The managing agent does not have decision-making power; all directives and authorizations come directly from **************** ***** of ********** as previously communicated with the owner on multiple occasions. NCM is happy to provide documentation that confirms each work order request submitted by **************** received a timely follow-up response from our company. NCM requests for the Better Business Bureau to remove comments posted by **************** because it contains defamatory, offensive/suggestive language, and baseless accusations against not only our company but the hardworking staff members who offer their assistance to be met with unwarranted hostility.Thank you for your consideration.
