Dear Sir or Madam,
I hired a **** **********, owner of Brick and
Mortor Restoration & Tuckpointing,
to do brick work on my house. He finished one project so I hired him to do another. On November 3, 2020, I gave him a
deposit of $300.00 for him to start the project in June 2021. He never showed up to start the job.
I tried calling the phone number on the card he gave me but he no longer
uses that number. I d1d, however,
find his advertisement on ******** and messaged him through messenger on September 7, 2021. He said he would refund my deposit and I would receive it within 10 days but I have yet to receive
it. I sent him another message
October 11, 2021 with no response. All I want
is my $300.00 deposit back.
