On 9/11/2023 the business responded to BBB and stated that once the client selects and adds the collection to their cart, they will be shown the RISK-FREE Subscription verbiage before they SUBMIT their order. The customer can cancel at any time and return any item for a refund.
Per Bradford Exchange, extra verbiage was added to the check out this last year to avoid customer confusion.
This Ad review is the 2nd time the business has had to address the layout on their website product page. As of 9/11/2023, the business has made corrections to the website per the check out and addressed the concerns relating to consumers misunderstanding that a product they purchased was a part of a series collection.
