The biggest bait and switch operation I have ever seen! If I could rate negative stars I would. Showed interest in a 2021 ****************** That was at 8:00 p.m. Saturday night the 26th of October, 2024. At 9:39 a.m., ********* contacted me via phone, to ask me if I was trading anything in, if I was financing, and I also spoke to him about what the out the door price was for the vehicle. Not just any vehicle mind you. This. Specific. Vehicle. No other. He commented on how beautiful this car was, describe the interior to me, describe the exterior to me, described some of the options on it to me. I asked him for an outdoor price what they could do for me and what my best price would be. I was then contacted at 11:02 a.m. by Arietze ******** with a short video describing the specific car that I was interested in. Both of these sales people are part of their internet sales team. Apparently or so I was informed, their internet sales team has no idea what's going on at the dealership, because that vehicle had been sold 3 days prior. THE SAME VEHICLE THEY WERE TRYING TO FINANCE ME FOR! Not knowing this I drove 50 minutes to look at the vehicle, only to be told that it had been sold 3 days prior. Of course they offered to show me another vehicle, that they could make more money off of. That is classic bait and switch, and is a shady tactic for a dealership to use. I was then contacted by a sales manager that informed me it was MY FAULT for not making a reservation so they could check if the car was in stock. Isn't this something you should do before talking to somebody mentioning financing, mentioning trade-in, mentioning out the door price, about a certain vehicle they are looking at? The simple answer is, YES. I'm unsure if it's them just being a shady dealership, or downright incompetent. But apparently according to the reviews I'm reading on here, they are just the shadiest dealership I've ever come across!
