    I typically do not complain about customer service since I spent 7+ years working in it, but here it goes (incoming rant).Near the end of January I went to the Burger King in *******. There was one other car in front of me and I spent a half hour waiting in line. When I got to the window, I look inside and see the workers playing ping pong on the counters inside. I have been a teenager and have worked fast food, and I get they dont want to be there, but thats unacceptable. When I got home, my order was wrong. When I drove back to the restaurant, I started walking to the front door. An employee on his smoke break saw me walking up and slammed the door and locked it in my face and told me I needed to go through the drive thru.The next day, I tried calling the store and no one picked up after five minutes of ringing. At that point I call the corporate number and they promised me I would receive a call within 2-5 business days.Fast forward two weeks, and still no word. I called the corporate number again and they elevated my case number and promised I would receive a call within 2-5 business days. I also called the owner of this location, Toms King Services, and left a voicemail and still havent heard anything back.Well, its been another two weeks and I havent heard a thing. The company, owner, and store say they pride themselves on customer service, but clearly they dont and Im sure other people have experienced similar situations. If they dont care about customer service, what makes you think they care about the health and quality of the food they are selling?
