            This plumber ***** (******) was highly recommended. He did work on my property last year . This year I have the exact same problem so I called him to fix what he already repaired and question why? I was told it was a different reason for the leak. After numerous calls he sent someone to fix new issue and this plumber explained that the issue was caused by grout not being sealed and not a plumbing issue. ***** explained that he could put sealant which would last maybe 6 months. I quickly realized this is what I paid $800 for last year and now you're telling me again falsely needing $400 to replace waste basket. ***** wont take my calls. I requested a refund of my deposit and got the run around. He finally agreed and said he had me confused with another customer but still no refund. I know as a homeowner its my responsibility to check out a company, which I did . Please be careful when working with this company and man because I now will be paying for the 3rd time to get a leak fixed, which was never done correctly.
