    I'm a single mother, I have multiple myeloma cancer. I never drank my water because of known iron. I decided on a Culligan system, and ******** was the financial company. Had it set up,12/12/23 and during a routine maintenance on 2/26/24, I walked out there he didn't know, I was on the chlorine list so he left then returned with a 11 oz container of bleach added it to the system. I do not believe this was correct amount and I do not believe that the system had been working properly because me and my children complained about the way it made our skin feel and itch. April 3 when things started to go wrong. I called Culligan because April 2 the maintenance man came and refilled the salt so much that it made our water taste like Salt we couldn't drink it or use it. I complain to the manager of Culligan. About how I was not satisfied with the system and how it was functioning, he refused to cancel my contract or come get it. I also called GoodLeap I was told it would be the manager that would have to cancel it. And according to him it would be have to be GoodLeap too. The manager had a technician come out to fix the salt problem, and I told him that it also needed a chlorine. It was not added when the salt was added. He did not put chlorine in it because by May 19, it was sucking the bottom of the chlorine tank, I had to put it in there. May 21 called the filter reading 00,which means that is not working properly, he refused to come get it, we were drinking hazardous water. I've called Culligan, International and Good Leap multiple times about canceling the contract because the system was a lemon. May 31 the big tank started leaning and spewing water and I returned it undamaged to Culligan I was even on the phone with Diego from Good Leap on my way to *********** to return it and no one told me to keep the system so they can cancel the contract. They are giving me the runaround and I'm not paying for something that was not working correctly or that I could not ********** star
