            My husband is on ************** which provides for free glaucoma screening. We made an appointment for glaucoma screening with Rosin ******** in Schaumburg. When we arrived, the receptionist told us there was a $40 co-pay; however, I told her there was no co-pay. So I agreed to have her send me an invoice, so I could correct the problem later. Yesterday, we received a bill for $75 from Rosin ******** that was for services the doctor performed during the glaucoma screening that we didn't ask for nor did we even know was being performed at the time. None of this was explained to us at the time. I don't think we should have to pay this bill as it was services we didn't ask for nor were we told they were even being provided.

            Rosin took over for my retired optometrist so, since my records were with them, I followed my records. I saw ************************** once & made a follow-up appointment. I've been trying to call her office in Schaumburg for 2 weeks & the message I got was "we'll get back to you within 24 hours"!I'm still waiting!I will be finding a more reliable, professional practice & will be requesting my records from Rosin. Let's see if they can manage THAT in a timely manner! As a senior patient I need to keep up with my eye care progression not go from doctor to doctor!I am a retired nurse & would never treat my patients so irresponsibly.
