              If I could give this facility 0/5 I would. They are very unprofessional. The DON is unreliable and does not handle issues promptly or appropriately. The scheduler is very unprofessional for staff and unorganized. Agency is sent to this facility per the facility request and they don’t have people on the schedule to work. No wonder they have no staff to cover shifts. Short all the time and no good management in building. This facility need to be reevaluated.
