              I was charged 750 without my knowledge for tax preparation from Jackson Hewit. It was never explained to me that I would have to pay that much in the 2 times I was there. I never signed anything I also have no paperwork of proof because it was never printed out for me and I was not able to get on the account which I also told them. I even flat out got told that there was no refund because it was a binding contract. So I have been scammed our of 750 by this company and I hope no one ever uses them.

              JACKSON HEWITT HAS HAD MY CHECK SINCE FEBRUARY. THEY CLAIM IT WAS LOST THE FIRST TIME SO THEN THEY RE-ISSUED OUT ANOTHER ONE. THE **** THAT WORKS THERE SAID SHE MAILED IT TO ME BUT I HAVE YET TO SEE IT (THE BEGINNING OF MARCH). I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GIVE ME ANY INFO BUT ONLY THAT ITS PROCESSING. I HAVE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK WITH ON PERSON REGARDING THIS ISSUE. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS SINCE FEBRUARY. I AM FRUSTRATED!!!! IT IS NOW THE MIDDLE OF APRIL AND I DON'T HAVE ANY ANSWERS. I WILL NEVER USE JACKSON HEWITT EVER AGAIN AND I WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS BAD EXPERIENCE.
