            Had Rhinoshield paint our entire house a few years ago. This year is the second time it has started peeling off in at least 3 areas. Called and inspector came out almost 2 months ago. He took photographs & confirmed the issues and stated hed be calling us back with a date to repair, but heard nothing back. My wife has called and left messages, but no response. We were given a 25 year warranty & paid a lot for this, and we are very disappointed in the lack of response or repairs that should be included under their warranty.

            We had Rhino Shield applied in the early spring. Not our choice, but the now retired salesman said the weather needed only to be above 40. We signed the paperwork on March 4, 2024. Several days there were here the temp was below 40 in the morning. Now my house is bubbled, peeling, and all the seams are exposed. I called the crew leader on our project 2x, he said he put in a work order, the third call he never answered and has yet to return my call (mid-September). I called the Fishers, ********** no one answers the phones, but finally had a return call on October 4. She assured me I would receive call back. Two calls this week (this is Tuesday, *****) and no return calls nor has my husbands email been acknowledged. This was an expense in excess of $25,000. I can only assume the warranty we have is no good. Ill be pursuing legal action next.

            You have not been calling the number to our office. I apologize the information was not passed on. Pictures were just sent to our production manager on 10/21 and that was the first time I was aware of anything going on. I am not sure why you would assume the warranty is no good. From the pictures we received the boards seem to be breathing nothing that is new or crazy every house has to breath. I did not see any pictures of cracking or peeling but either way the problem is being addressed 10/24.
