            I have had my water bill go up from the average for the past 6 years between 30 to 34 dollars a month.....the owner passed away and his son took over....he raised my rent about 49 dollar's so last month they sent out notices that people with 2 people in a trailor will pay 61 dollars a month from now on... I don't even have a washer hook-** in mine....my girlfriend was in the hospital last month so it was just me....now today everyone got a note they raised it to 69 dollars a month.....they told one tenant that instead of having their water company come and fix certain people's water meter's would be to costly so averaged it out through out the trailer park....It's wrong because my meter works and we don't use any water except dishes and taking shower's...everyone is wondering how they can do this.

            The mail in ******* is so bad that my rent check has been late nearly every month in the past 6 months that I've lived here...I've had to pay late charges...This business will not let you pay electronically, nor do they offer a secure lock box...The so office office manager would rather collect late fees... She also has no filter... She will scream and yell at you...Lantern Estates is a quiet place to live if not for her and their rent paying policies....If you cannot deal with an ignorant, difficult person.... Do not apply here!

            We have 3 different entities that if we had electronic payment people that pay one entity for lot rent and other entity for house rent would end up paying the service fee twice, not fair to them.as far as a drop box . There is a mailbox in front of the office. Plus the fact I am in my office from 830am to 6pm is plenty of time to drop off your payments.As far as the mail service to our park we have no control over that.As far as her late fees she had to pay her bank is not sending her checks they are actually dated and the post **** is 1 day before rent is due that is why her rent checks end up arriving late.
