    I am writing this to warn other brides about my horrible experience with Perfect Stitch located on the south east side of ************. When I arrived with my friend to the dress fitting I said hello I am here for a 6pm appointment. ******* looked surprised to see me and told me hesitantly you can head over there and I will be there in a bit. We waited a few minutes and when ******* came to meet us in the other room she did not say hello, introduce herself, or ask what my name was or even my friends name who came with me. As soon as she stepped by us she said lets see the dress. I took my dress out of the box (since I ordered it online from a different store) and she began ripping the dress out of the plastic with annoyance as if the plastic bag wrapped in the dress was offending her. She then put the dress on the hanger to hang it up and I was in awe and said I cant believe how big it is. This was the second time I have seen the dress out of the box so I was surprised yet extremely happy. She then said with great annoyance and with an attitude well that is standard it is a wedding dress not a tshirt. I was puzzled by her response and looked at my friend in shock because i didnt know where her attitude was coming from. We then reviewed what I alterations I wanted. She then told me to put the dress on and then she would be able to provide more information on what needed to be done. It took me 5 minutes to get into the dress because it was so big and heavy. I almost asked my friend for help because I didnt want ******* to be annoyed if I asked for help because she already had a bad attitude. Eventually, I got myself in the dress. ******* then saw me in the dress and did an evaluation for about a minute and told me that I was going to need a corset (as we already discussed). I asked questions about the length and she said she could not quote me on the cost of the hem until the dress was fitted. I got out of the dress and sat with her to go over pricing. She gave me a series of pricing information including for the corset and hem. I asked questions about the hem again because first she said she couldnt give me a price but on the sheet she gave me a price. She seemed irritated at any question I would ask. I told her that I would take a day or two to think about (because I was so shocked at the poor customer service). She kept going on and on about how I need to make a decision quickly and I told her I completely understand but the more I told her I understood the more she told me I need to make a decision. It was like she thought I didnt understand what she was saying when I told her several times I understood. I left there feeling belittled, discriminated, and did not feel welcomed. I do not recommend getting any services from this place because you as a bride deserve a magical experience. This was fair from magical. It was a nightmare. My friend and I did not do anything to make this woman upset other than breathing in her air. It made me and my friend feel so uncomfortable. As a bride, you should feel excited about trying on your dress for your first consultation. No one should experience what I experienced. This poor customer service just shows that this place is focused on getting paid and not providing quality customer service which is too bad because the customers are what will flourish this business. I hope this is a good reality check for ******* and a warning for brides who want to invest in businesses that will invest in them because truly this business will not do that.
