I recently planned my 20th-anniversary trip with this company, with round-trip transportation which is a rip-off. Please be aware that the ********** transportation company they have contracted with is a scam. Even with the purchase of round-trip transportation included packages somehow this company doesn't seem to find you in their system when you arrive at the airport or time to confirm your return transportation back to the airport. Listed in the transportation instructions that a "World2Meet representative would be waiting for you OUTSIDE the terminal, holding a Pleasant Holidays/Journese sign", is a complete lie. This company was nowhere to be seen or found even after walking around the numbered shuttle docks up to 43 for over an hour searching for the World2Meet representative. We didn't have our travel confirmation number however had the original email with Journese who the reservation was booked through. I contacted ***** ***** to file a complaint regarding the company that Magical Vacation Planners contract transportation through only for her to advise she would investigate and get back to me. That hasn't happened after a full week which leads me to think this is a business practice that's acceptable to Magical Vacation Planners. Be aware!!!! I'll go back to Delta Vacations where I'm certain of the services I purchase is guaranteed and if a complaint is made it's given the proper attention and response. I will not only be leaving this review here I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.
