    A service tech on Feb 7, 2022 misdiagnosed and failed to repair my package heating/air conditioning unit. I was told the unit was non repairable and needed to be replaced. Having doubts, I subsequently took the unit apart and fixed it myself. I requested the service fee be refunded as I did not get what I paid for. So far I have not received a refund. Although the technician was courteous and careful, he was not familiar with this type unit. No fault of the technician, but management should stand behind their work. I will not use this company to again.

    Thank you for the feedback. Our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction. The day the original technician arrived you called in to our office and voiced concern with the diagnosis so we scheduled a different technician out less than 24 hours later at no charge to conduct a second opinion for the unit and came up with the proper diagnosis. You then called and mentioned that you didn't want to pay for a service call from either technician because you already knew what was wrong and had conducted your own diagnosis so we agreed to send you the $69 service call fee back. I understand that you have not received the check we sent you in the mail and I apologize if it is taking too long. You called and asked for the reimbursement 3 business days ago so if you haven't received it in another day or two please feel free to call us and we can resend to you. We apologize for the inconvenience, we will do a better job of confirming the type of equipment assigned to the technician before each service call to prevent this from happening in the future. We will do a better job of confirming who the right technician is for the call instead of trying to find the soonest available technician, sometimes a quick response time is not as important as sending a more senior technician instead. Thank you again for the feedback and we hope you have a great rest of your week.
