    Absolutely the worst experience with any company I have ever had and I'm not one to leave any type of review. Let me tell you about this business! I was lied to literally just accused of portraying to be the landlord using his name when I called supposedly. ********* Star in *********** only if they know the screenshots that I have from the ******* named **** that portrayed their business In the most deceitful ways after looking back they wouldn't have sit there to a customer and said that I was deceitful! Really WOWSERS! I was deceitful whoa boy you have it the wrong way around. I have no idea how or why they even could have thought I was the landlord when I called and asked about why It was taking so long for the contents to be cleaned after I said sure go ahead and take the job. The landlords insurance company hired five Star to do the repairs and remodeling.I was asked if they could do the clean out by the *********************** with five star and to do the pack out. So that's why I was calling to figure out what was taking so long with the contents in the house. So they must have thought I was the landlord. ?? but to be accused of saying that I said I was which I know I'm not that type of person and I don't go around portraying myself as such ever!!! All I have to say is this company is not professional and could care less how long it takes or if they take so long were eventually you lose possession of the house they could care less! Buyer beware You will be super sorry you ever did.They're very argumentative never been helpful they do not call you back in a timely matter or at all You have to beg them and even then you still don't get any kind of response until you do get sick and tired of how long it's taking and make a stand they will sit there and accuse you get very defensive when you ask questions that implicate them in wrongdoing. They're response is very unprofessional to say the least The secretary was extremely rude.

Unfortunately, when a loss like this occurs, it is never a good experience. Regarding the conversation with our secretary, you never let her finish talking before you decided to hang up. She was trying to explain where she believed the confusion was coming from. In the beginning of this process, while **** was still employed here, you did call into the office saying you were the homeowner. Obviously knowing that you werent, made us very suspicious from that point on. And yes, we were ***** of releasing certain information to you as you are not the homeowner. And our company policy does not allow us to share sensitive information pertaining to the home if you are not the homeowner. We value all of our customers privacy and most valuable possessions, so our main concern is to protect that. We hope you and every other customer would understand and appreciate that. We made you aware and reminded you several times that your contents are at our storage facility. There was never a delay with cleaning your items. We were waiting on the insurance adjusters approval to return them back to you. We have made daily attempts to reach them with no success. We made you aware of this also, and asked that you try to reach them as you are their customer and probably could get further than we could. Your contents have been packed, cleaned, stored, and ready for delivery once we get the approval. Customer: So they must have thought I was the landlord. ?? but to be accused of saying that I said I was which I know I'm not that type of person and I don't go around portraying myself as such ever!!! All I have to say is this company is not professional and could care less how long it takes or if they take so long were eventually you lose possession of the house they could care less! Five Star: In a lot of cases, just like this one, it takes some time to get everything approved by the insurance company before starting the work. In this particular claim, it took over 2 months to get final approvals. This was communicated with both you and the homeowner. You were aware of the time frames prior to us packing out your personal property. Then there was further delays beyond our control. We are a professional company and pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. Our goal is to get you back in your home as soon as possible with as little inconvenience as possible. As far as you getting removed/kicked out from the home, that is between you and the property owner. We have nothing to do with that. Customer: Buyer beware You will be super sorry you ever did. They're very argumentative never been helpful they do not call you back in a timely matter or at all You have to beg them and even then you still don't get any kind of response until you do get sick and tired of how long it's taking and make a stand they will sit there and accuse you get very defensive when you ask questions that implicate them in wrongdoing. We have answered all your calls every time you have called into the office. Whether be during business hours or after business hours. If you were calling Managers or field technicians, they cannot always answer or reply. As mentioned before Five Star thrives on excellent customer service and satisfaction. That begins with our office. All of our office personnel are professional, courteous, and caring. We apologize if you feel like thats not what you received, and we hope to end this claim with you on a positive note.

    So apparently to cover her own but she lied to her boss and said that I portrayed myself as the landowner when I called to ask about sad address I was referencing the conversation of my contents I asked why it was taking such a long time to get things moving she started to tell me they were waiting for the insurance company to approve the estimate I said okay I get it and I asked if I can get a return call from ****, which never really happened so eventually I called back in again The second time I called I asked why am I not getting any return calls wondering what's going on and I was met with extreme prejudiced very hateful they told me I needed to call my landlord and I asked why in the world do I need to call my landlord for my contents That makes no sense The secretary said that's what I was told... And I said Well I need to speak to **** because that makes no sense why does my landlord have anything to do with my contents. **** gets on the phone and yells at me saying that they just had a winter freeze pipes bursted and they had more important things to do than mess with my stuff. Keep in mind here Not only do I remember the conversations I record every single one of my calls I got in the habit of doing that years ago. I found it extra important to record my calls especially dealing with this stuff. And before you guys come back with your lies and being deceitful and putting the blame on the customer like you have with me All I did was try to call in to figure out why it was taking so long to get things moving along never ever ever did I one time ever to anyone ever say that I was the landowner!!!!Like I said I recorded all my calls I saved all the messages from **** the employee that no longer works at five Star. So what does five star do belittle you point to blame at the customer literally to try to save their own butts because they did share information about the house which I never once portrayed myself as the landowner I just said that this was ************************* from ******************* the one with the house fire and all was wondering why things were taking so long she told me in great detail of the situation and I said well yeah that's nice and everything but what about my contents. Put me on hold and then said you need to get a hold of your landlord. Very strange that's how I found the reply and I made it very clear why in the world do I need to call the landlord about my contents.So your attempt to try to deface my image by saying I was deceitful and I lied is complete BS....You guys never gave me an atomized list of the products that you took from my house after my last call before you touched or messed with anything I said don't touch my stuff I'm finding a different company and terminated the clean out by this company What did they do they ran off and literally took everything from the house as I called recently asking where my stuff was they said it was in their warehouse which I was completely unaware of so as far as I'm concerned my belongings were missing or stolen because they did not make me aware of any of this considering I told them that they were no longer hired to do the job! Which I also have a clear recording calling in telling them not to touch my things I have all of the messages saved from **** and a correspondence from the secretary every time I called I hope they saved the recordings themselves so they can review it and realize how badly they screwed **! They better be able to produce me saying that I was the landowner because this is declamation of my character and I will not let it stand as soon as they touched and took my things out of the house after I told them not to touch it they are no longer hired they proceeded to take my things out of the house and not tell me or give me a autumnized list to me I find that suspicious being lied to by **** not hardly getting any answers or call back when I asked months and months went by with absolutely no resolution give me no opportunity to even pay them to get my things being told basically my stuff would be held until the insurance company paid I even asked can I just pay for the stuff so I can get my stuff they said that's not how it works literally sounds like they were holding my stuff as a ****** they ***** the insurance company by boxing empty boxes charging a premium ************ is dishonest to say the least they will not call you back The supervisors won't call you the owner won't call you they simply won't call you I plan on putting an ad in the local paper and social media asking anyone that has had any kind of issues similar to mine to contact the attorney that I retained because I have a feeling this is not over and they will not fess up to the mistakes they made instead they will pass the blame and make up stories in order to protect themselves that is extremely clear by how many times they kept on saying I portrayed myself as a landowner which never happened I hope they can produce that because I know they can't because I never have called in and said I was the landowner ever!
