    SUMMARY: Rabin abandoned the unfinished, failed project. Master bedroom and bathroom addition, partial list of problems:* Rabin offered to do the work without permits. We rejected that idea.* Permit filed in wrong jurisdiction. * Permit refiled in correct jurisdiction. Rabin not registered contractor. He hired ***********************, Prime construction without informing us to get permit. Penn has significant history of fraud.* Several stop work orders on project causing months of delay. All violations were due to Rabin not reading or following specific permit requirements.* Rabin's response to many construction problems was to blame city inspectors.* New siding removed and reinstalled for code violations. ****** reinstalled in a manner contrary to mfg instructions voiding warranty.* Twelve new windows installed incorrectly. Some leaking gallons of rainwater, the rest likely leaking into walls.* Stop work order issued due to faulty slab plumbing. Rabin excavated and 'fixed' plumbing, but covered it before inspection - another stop work order, Rabin blamed inspector. Rabin hired Registered Architect to certify the work without looking at it.* Rabin's crews removed stone from exterior using sledgehammers. Basement walls structurally damaged.* Framing may violate building code. Contract called for trusses, framing was stick-built and likely not to code.* New concrete slabs not flat, preventing installation of flooring. Original contract called for crawlspace.* Insulation specified in contract not installed.* Rabin demanded final payment, then demanded $17k more to cover work not quoted or agreed to.* Project is 9 months over quoted timeline, no end in sight, the house is now barely livable.* New electrical work violates several parts of electrical code, with some potentially catastrophic deficiencies.Unfortunately, Rabin is no longer communicating with us, and we have resorted to legal action.

    Hi ******* . First off, we apologize for late response since we were extremely busy with multiple projects around the city and that you didnt get the experience you had hoped for with our team . As you will see from most of our reviews, we typically knock it out of the park !!! We were shocked seeing your 1 star review after you told us many times that you loved our work. As one of our principals our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and unprofessional is not a term that has ever been applied to our team . Id like to clear up some confusion and misleading accusations here :

    1. We didnt abandon your project . Job was fully finished per our original contract . Its pretty strange that only after us submitting final invoice for all the extra / work change orders youd decide to write this one star review ??????

    2. Many large / multimillion companies these days  work with qualified subcontractors in the order to keep up with demand. Our company is currently partnering with several qualified subcontractors throughout the city .

    3. We would never start any project that requires permits without pulling them , this is a major red flag for any company who thinks otherwise. One of our subcontractors, who is only human, made a mistake by submitting them in the wrong jurisdiction and we apologized for that mistake. 

    4. Mr ********************** is a registered / fully insured general contractor and we can provide proof of that upon request for  our future clients 

    5. Mr ********************** informed you that entire project will take much longer because we will have to go through several inspections with the city to make sure everything is completed according to the city / county guidelines. Not to mention that we started your project right before winter  and on top of that you added a lot of extra items to the original contract / scope of work that significantly delayed completion date . 

    6. We will save time here for our future readers / clients going in to specific details and discrepancies pointed out by you that are not accurate. The most important and significant response that we would like our readers to know is that the entire project and all trades like concrete slab , framing , windows , siding ,roofing  electrical, HVAC, plumbing , insulation etc were fully inspected by the city  of FISHERS inspectors!!! They would never allow us to install the wall insulation and drywall if we didnt passed final inspection. ?? 

    7. Please also remember that you altered our original contract by removing gutter , downspouts installation, exterior paint job , sealing / caulking all window trim and siding that in our opinion contributed to only 1 window leak not all 15. ( windows inspected / passed by the city )

    8. Entire project took us 5-6 months to be  completed not 9 per your previous comment.Please remember that we had to remove exterior limestone , fully replace HVAC system / ductwork throughout the house , install 4 more windows and perform many other improvements / tasks per your request that wasnt included in our original contract. 

    9. All that additional labor / material isnt cheap and it takes extra time so thats why we were really shocked that you are surprised by us sending you work change order / additional invoice . We are performing hundreds of jobs every year and 99% of our clients understand where those additional charges coming from especially if they are the ones adding things to the scope of work .
