The main gentleman over the crew, **** ******* at one point told us his crew were hard workers and doing a fine job and threatened to walk out on our project. This is not professional. The crew was also contracted to haul away the construction-related trash, but they refused to do this. So, I had to haul it away with the assistance of my family. It is now September 17 2022 and what should have been a simple project is still not complete.

It is also not proper to discuss current or past employees by name in public posts.
What I will say, is that Streamside was asked by a third party to step into a project that had already been started, where we had no prior discussions with the homeowner about the materials purchased, or about the problems that would arise because the company that sold them the materials/products did not understand that there were structural issues that had to be remediated/resolved before those materials could be properly installed, and where it was already known that there were tensions with the customer, before our company ever got involved.
As soon as we got involved with the project, our personnel alerted the customer to the potential problems.
On the job, our personnel discovered that the materials that had been purchased, specifically, the flooring system, were "factory seconds". This created several significant hurdles to achieving a satisfactory installation. The customer had expectations that did not match the materials/products they had purchased, and Streamside had not been involved in the sales process. It is my opinion that this is attributable to either the customer, or the third-party person/organization that sold them the materials, or both. We went above and beyond to work out problems that were created by others, and apparently the customer is still not satisfied.
It is our goal to make every customer happy, but it is not always possible. Difficult situations can influence this, and difficult people can influence this.
Our company has determined that we will not be doing any future projects with the third party mentioned.
