    I am very disappointed with The Repair Shack this time. Twice over the 3 years I had my board repaired, but this time is very different. My oven did not heat up to the specified temperature, so I inquired if I should get the board repaired once more or maybe buy a new stove. To my great surprise, they emailed my back saying that my board was still under warranty, so I mailed my board to them. Some time later, maybe 10 days maybe 2 weeks, the emailed me that they could not reconstruct the problem I was having and it may be a problem with the stove. They sent me the invoice for the return postage which I paid immediately on December 23rd. While I was paying the invoice (the payment went through), the website disappeared and I could not get it back. I did not receive the board within a week so I called and spoke with a nice lady named Heather. She told me she seen my board and will mail it right away. I received the board within a few days and when I installed it was not working. I have been trying since January 2nd to get an answer but to no avail. Are they cowards that they cannot tell what happened!!! I believe it fell, and is now totally ruined, but nobody at The Repair Shack will call me

    This is an odd review as we don't ignore customers. Our phones work and if this customer has an issue she should call us. We aren't ignoring this customer. She is welcome to call in and ask to speak to a manager. If we were unable to replicate her issues... that unfortunately leaves us with not very many options. We did no work to the board this most recent time. We have called and left voicemails and she told us her son would be contacting us. This still has not happened. We are here and available to assist in any capacity possible. Coming here to leave a 1 star doesn't really motivate us to go above and beyond when we were already doing that. We are open 5 days a week and if for some reason you can't resolve an issue with an employee you can always escalate. Please exhaust proper forms of communication prior to just leaving a 1 star review.
