I highly do not recommend. We bought a house and he was hired by the previous owners. Several things were not done correctly. The garage door spring was suppose to be replaced. It was cut and put back on with clamps. I had to hire a company to come replace the spring. Siding needed replaced where it was rotted and it looks wonky with paint just slapped on. The window sills were suppose to be replaced as they were extremely rotted. It was just cut and painted and it's already falling off on one side. It's very upsetting as this company was paid a lot and I'm not really sure what was done.

The garage door spring was repaired because a new door was to be installed with a new spring. The siding that was replaced was painted to the original color of the house. The house paint is severely faded. The window sill only was replaced on one window per the sellers request, not all of the window trim. The work was done in a professional manner and the seller paid the company, not the buyer.

The buyer had an inspector inspect the property and the required repairs were made. The buyer did a walk through before closing and SIGNED OFF on all repairs. Now they have buyers remorse and it's MY fault. We were hired by the seller and made all required repairs in a craftsman like manner. We were paid by the seller, not the buyer.

    Terry,
We don't have "buyers remorse" you completely botched the job or should I say lack of. I have proof from overhead garage company that what you did to the spring was dangerous. They had to actually replace the spring. I wasn't able to attend the final walk through as I was home with my children packing. However yes they made a mistake just trusting that you actually did the work, if we wouldn't have made they mistake we would take you to court. You can not tell me you did a good job when the wood you cut and painted it literally falling off the side of the house.

The garage door spring was repaired as it was previously, which was a temporary repair until a new one was installed along with a new garage door. The window sill that we repaired cannot fall off as it is screwed into the sill. Only one sill was repaired as per the visual inspection. If I looked deteriorated, we replaced it. The fault is in the hands of your inspector.

We didn't ask for a temporary fix we asked that the garage door be functional and as you know when you came by unannounced you admitted that maybe the spring was too tight from you cutting it and putting clamps on it. in the paperwork it states that you replaced the garage door spring which you didn't. I have emails that say the garage door spring is brand new. That was not true. I have photos of the window sill that is literally coming apart. I'm not going to do this back and fourth with you. I've just never seen such a unprofessional "handy man" in my life.

Ashley, get your FACTS straight. The garage door spring was repaired just as it was before, with a clamp. NEVER did we say we installed a new spring. I offered to come and adjust the tension on the spring. The window sill you are referencing was NOT reported as deteriorated or defective, so we did no repair to it. The window to the left if it was repaired. The bad window WAS NOT reported as defective or deteriorated by YOUR inspector. I offered to repair the defective window as well to you.
