              My apartment complex isn’t fixing an electrical outage I reported on 8/19/22. I have called multiple times and a month and a half later the manager told me she scheduled an electrician. When nobody came, they sent over a maintenance guy that called her asking about the electrician and I heard her say she never actually called anyone. I can’t get them to follow up with me or resolve the outage. I’ve written them the letter I attached and filed a report with the parent company last week over the phone, still haven’t heard back. I want my electric fixed and a substantial rent credit applied for the breach of lease contract, lying about calling an electrician, and general ignorance of my issues
