I took my dog to groomer in June she did exactly what I asked called her personal cell phone on July 1st she informed me she did not work there anymore called another number man said he was owner he gave me took my dog to get him groomed had to carry him right to vet after leaving there African American girl call me after hours of having my dog took him in at 11am she call me at 5:47 on to inform me my dog pooped twice it was normal my dog don’t poop that much at home a day them she said he has blood coming from his anus red flag I paid for full grooming 58:00 total then she say I did my do the anis cleaning why did s he bleeding he wasn’t when he pooped before he came or when he got there she said it’s bright red I asked her to napkin swap him so I could take it to vet that had never happen before Ishe say he ready I get there he look worse then when I took him smelled horrible and she had the gall to hand him to me with a bloody bottom who does that did I not pay 58:00 to get him washed and groomed I carried him straight to vet I tell them I just left groomers and told her the problem straight from groomers to vet another 58:00 dollars vet checks him out tell me his anus was nicked why he was bleeding that horrible groomer didn’t tell me that so now I know why he was bleeding she gave him a shot to keep it from getting infected and I was sent home with more antibiotics and to keep it clean and apply neosporin please do your fur baby and yourself a favor carry your pet somewhere else I called the owner of shop and he got smart and very rude the African American girl why finally said she groomed him holla after I said I going straight to vet from there said we are not going to pay the vet bill y’all caused it and I still paid for never looked or smelled like he was groomed at all tried to show pic of how I wanted him groomed another lady did also she said he don’t go by pic what horrible horrific groomers save your money and time and baby injures
