I took my vehicle to Stonecoal tire and auto because it was close to my work. They told me that it needed back brakes, rotors,2 sensors and a head gasket. I asked them to fix and they agreed. 2 months later I called them and they said that they couldn’t fix it because the guy who does that quit. So I got there and paid for brakes on the back 2 rotors 2 sensors. I was driving back to work and it had the same problems that I took it to them to fix. It felt like they had put brakes on the car but the rotors were not new because it was still shimmying and they didn’t put sensors because my brake light came back on. These are the reasons for me taking it to them in the first place. Also it was after I paid them for brakes rotors and sensors. It was 511.00 for parts that they didn’t put on the car. I called the owner and the manager and they both blamed it on the guy who quit but who orders the parts as well as who was managing the place. The owner told me to bring it back and that it would be free. So I take it back and called weekly and the manager kept telling me that they were going to fix it soon each time. I finally called the owner and he got them to finally fix it. When talking to the owner he told me that they had put sway bars on it and it would be 100.00 dollars. I go to pick it up and it was 227.00 dollars for parts that I didn’t know about and all together parts that they lied about. The owner and the manager are compulsive liars and thieves. The brake light still comes on after all of that now I have heard from several people that they have also lied about parts that were paid for and didn’t get. I talk to about 300 people a day and they will all know where not to take it. Den of thieves tire and auto is what it should be called
