            They have been unresponsive to the one thing they were asked to do. Take care of the weeds. When talked to the owner, he acknowledged that they were weeds and turned and walked away without saying anything. That was rude and disrespectful.

            I stopped by customers home. A gentleman and I walked the entire lawn. They had a lot of bare spots with no grass. I suggested he plant grass seed about October. He asked me to identify different weeds. Lawn application was applied June 8 of this year. I said they were due another application soon. We have had a lot of rain and that promotes weed growth. Spent probably 15 or 20 minutes there.
