We did agree to take on a project for Mr. R***** with the understanding that we would get to it when our schedule allowed. We stayed in contact with him throughout and on more than one occasion let him know we understood if he couldn't wait and had to get another company to do the work.
Unfortunately, due to ongoing projects, an opening to begin Mr. R****** project did not occur in time to his liking. We regret this but always make sure we have the experienced personnel available and proper time allowed to complete projects correctly.
We are sorry for any inconvenience Mr. R***** may have incurred and wish him the best.
