Clark County Veterinary Clinic Response
04/22/2022
Unfortunately, yet understandably, bereaved pet owners sometimes make radical statements inconsistent with the facts.
The Clark County Veterinary Clinic extends our deepest sympathy for the loss of their pet family member.

Staff neglected to follow special care instructions owner covered with them prior to boarding and provided all the necessities to properly care for dog, staff selfishly on their own decided to care for dog their own way being the easy way instead of protecting paralyzed animal from sustaining injuries by providing dog with proper padding as he scooted placing him on hard surfaces which did injure dog that led to a fatal infection that took dogs life 5 days later, dog was never treated for his injuries nor the infection. They neglected to check on animal to notice how severe his injuries where and that infection had set in. I took my dog to another veterinarian that did diagnose him as having set up a severe abscess from open wounds that occurred while being boarded. No animal deserves to be abused and neglected in the manner my helpless animal was. They could have easily refused to board a paralyzed animal and should have. My trust was put into a boarding facility that cost me my dogs life in which has nothing to do with a grieving owner. Animals should have rights and they should be protected not neglected.
