            BBB unable to locate business
            On August 26. 2024 I signed a Purchase Agreement, electronically, with DMC Construction Kings Equipment, 2744 Bern Dr., Baton Rouge, LA to purchase a tractor and several attachments. The reviews of this company were glowing and their Purchase Agreement was very well prepared. August 27th I wire transferred $8,800 to the company and received an email with a delivery date of September 7 at 2:00pm at which time I would pay a delivery fee of $221. When the delivery didn't occur I called their phone number and it didn't even ring. If you find these individuals please let me know their nes and location. Thank you.

            I tried buying a tractor from this company. They called me to tell me the tractor would be delivered a week after the initial delivery date. Having a funny feeling I asked for my money back. Told it would be 3-5 days I would get my refund. It's been two weeks and no refund. I called again and they said I would get it the next two days still no refund. Tried going to their website and it says it is suspended now. It is definitely a scam and I filed a report with the FBI. All I want really is my money back.
