The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

I ordered from this company on December 29th 2022 order number #29766 I filled out the address I wanted my package to come to and after watching the tracking on this package didn’t move for a few days I emailed the company and they claimed there were delays...,after a few more days I got in contact with the USPS and they said the sender has the wrong address for me....I called the beauty supply store and they gave me a number that supposedly handles everything and when I called them they claimed I have to email instead which I’ve done multiple times! No response! I’ve asked for a refund since I don’t have the package I ordered.....I don’t give away free money! Everything seems like a scam to me I’ve read online reviews that I wish I read prior and other people were saying....Finally someone from the company emailed me today after I sent an email saying I’m sending this to the BBB....basically it was finger pointing at USPS and telling me how they are frustrated the people are saying they are scamming people....if other customers are telling them this maybe they should stop! I just want my money back since I haven’t received my package....I’m tired of emailing and waiting days to get a response and calling USPS being put on hold and telling me talk to the sender they messed up! At this point I just want my money back I didn’t get what I ordered.
