I booked a room online and arrived 5 mins after booking it and then was told I had to put another $50 down. I didn’t have another $50. I asked just to cancel it and for a refund he said I had to do it online and get my refund from them. I did that and the company told the online company they were denying my refund. I was there 5 mins after booking it and didn’t have the extra they requested and I just want my refund for the room I never stayed inBusiness response

The Customer reserved the room through the ***** which is a third party reservation center and it is prepaid. ****** did not stay with us due to the non-compliance of the Check in process. The Manager has processed the refund to the card provided by *****. In order to get the refund, customers have to reach out to the ***** customer service * ***** ******** they have access to a refund to the customer Credit Card.Customer response
