I purchased a vehicle on February 22nd from Mr.******. In July I made a complaint about him not giving me a hard plate in all them months to this day October 23 I still don’t have a hard plate.he spoken to others and to me he will do me dirty because I called the people on him meaning the commission office on July 3rd I was contacted by his secretary jay who he is having a personal affair with about my car note being late I told her I had just got paid the night before and I was at work soon as I get off I was going to pay my car note along with the late fee and I also told her I was changing my insurance company because I had gotten my license back and I found cheaper insurance later that day July 3rd I asked for their company email address so my new insurance company can send over my insurance information she sent me the email address on July 21st I had another conversation with ****** about my hard plate and told him I was going to get a lawyer he told me I better not let my insurance lapse and I better pay everything on time no grace period on October 21 night he came repo my car saying I didn’t have insurance and the paperwork he use was my old insurance company and had been canceled since July 5th he never contacted me about this because he knew I had a new insurance company he then told me on October 24th he was auctioning off my car this is illegal and he stole my car out of my yard he need to be shut down the car still not registered
