              This company ruined all 4 locking lug nuts on on my Lexus LS460 trying to take off the tires to insoect my brakes. They clearly used an impact tool which completely stripped the first lug and shredded the lock lug, then they tried to take off the other three wheels and stripped them too. They called and said it would be $60 each to remove. I told them not to do anything and I would pick up the car. When I go there I was surprised to see damage done to the lock and inspected all of the lugs- which were clearly chewed up as well. I can no longer get my wheeles off of the car and have to go somewhere else to have them fix their mistake. The owner said it was my fault because there was "some rust"... Keep in mind that the lugs are steel- just because thr chrome coating has a little rust doesn't mean the structural integrity of the lug is jeopardized- he knows that. The owner was adamant that he would not be doing anything so I filed a claim with my insurance company so they can deal with his insurance company to get this fixed. In reading the reviews it is apparent that there are many more examples of similar situations.
