City heights on Coursey does NOT answer the phone (claims it’s always down). They have a texting feature that they do not respond to. Moved in in Feb 2022. Nothing but problems. Very first issue was with the dish disposal, stopped working, I actually checked beneath it and it was smoking. We have parents and a toddler in the apartment. This is a hazard. When I contacted the on call maintenance, I was told if it wasn’t smoking anymore when they got to check it out, I was being charged. After I dropped the word “lawsuit”, the managers tune changed completely. Someone was sent out to fix and I was not charged. Next dryer went out, they had it replaced and we’re supposed to be replacing the kitchen light bulbs as well, this was probably in April or so, it’s now end of august and after several texts for them to come replace (can’t call because oh, their phone is always “down”), the lights are still not replaced. We have no kitchen lights and they are too tall for us to reach. Let’s go back to the dryer now, replaced In April or so? Styrofoam is still sitting looking GHETTO outside out door. Breezeway is embarrassing to have people over. I’ve asked them to come clean this up (again by text because they don’t answer their phone). Next problem, I have a toddler like I mentioned, the neighbors above us literally sound like they are dropping bowling balls all night!!! We’ve brought this to the attention who has acknowledged it ONCE and nothing has changed. Just fed up. Even contacted corporate and she said she would check it out, never got a response back after several months. And I’m sure our rent will go up in February ?? horrible horrible management but it’s honestly the fault of the corporate. I can hear my neighbors cursing at their kids and yelling thru my bedroom night at 11 pm and then 6am in the morning. Do NOT rent here.
