            SELLING MOTORS FOR SERVICE--On 5/18/23 I brought my pickup-truck there with a check engine light on; both Catalytic converters were changed plus four Sensors. On 6/15/24 I returned with the check engine light on and the same fault codes, I had it checked both times before I brought it there. On 6/15/24 one of ***** mechanics said it was a different code then the one I show him. He changed the sensors base on what his codes were. I left on to return with the truck now worse than went I arrived there, and now I'm tolled I need another motor. A week later the manger called saying he has another motor, I advised him they mis-diagnosed my truck and should return my money. I called Madis customer service twice I then wrote an e-mail and the company never reached out to contact me, so I'm believing their policy is to through parts at it, if it doesn't work then sell them a motor.

            This company has never contacted me which leads me to believe they are in cahoots with their workers.

            We empathize with our valued customer but when we diagnosed his vehicle we translate the codes that the computer gives us and it is not umcommon that we sequentially follow the first codes out computer reading generates as it communicates with our customers vehicle. Specifically in this case it was code PO345 which translates to remove and install the camshaft position sensor on bank number 2. Now it is not uncommon that therafter once fixed again sequentially other symptoms can appear. This is precisely what happened. We throughout this repair process kept *************** informed and all along he agreed and gave us his approval to proceed with the repairs. We are still here available to help him out as he is a valauable customer of ours.
