This is the worse company we have ever dealt with. First we scheduled appt for ****** am. No show. We called and they said time wasnt guaranteed. Called at 3 to come. *** comes out and says he doesnt know anything about ****** a/c so he would take notes and give to another tech to come out another day. Another tech comes with terrible attitude. First says a switch is bad gonna be 600. After changes switch then says need thermostat for 350 more. I had errands to run so I told him to call me when he was almost complete. He calls, I go to house and hes sitting in his truck. I asked him to show me what he did and how the new thermostat worked. He told me it came with an instruction manual. I told him I wanted him to show me. He shows me with the worse attitude. Then says to me just give me the $1,005 so I can go. Btw claims they cant give paper invoice or receipt, has to be emailed. What company doesnt give u a paper invoice. Kinda shady. The part has a 30 day guarantee. Fast forward 3 weeks after ac not working. Thermostat not working either. Call and explain. Situation and the lady says they have a do not return to address. She said she would have ** call me back. No call. Next day my wife called and asked for owner by name. **** wanted my name and address. I told her name but said I wanted to speak with owner and did not give address. After being on hold for 19 mins a guy named ******* gets on phone and says hes the *** Discovered hes not the ** but an Install Field Leader so he lied. Explained everything and he said he would call me back. Calls me next day and says they not coming because I was rude to them. Says nothing about how rude his tech was. So now they not honoring their 30 day warranty. Called on Day 27 to let them know. DO NOT use this company. They are a rip off. Also discovered later they overcharge.
