    I was unable to locate a place to charge my phone while in the ************* train station. Someone suggested I use the Mobilequbes kiosk to rent a charger. It said on the kiosk that I could return it anywhere. It lead me to believe that there were kiosks everywhere. After renting it for an initial $5,99, I saw on the app that there was a kiosk in the airport in *******, ** that I was traveling to. The charger worked to charge my phone for about 30 minutes, so I still had a phone that needed to be charged. I arrived in ******* and was not able to locate a kiosk. I tried calling the company, emailing and texting. I got no response. I continued to try and communicate, asking for an address to send the charger back to. I received no answer. The app showed how I would be billed for this charger. First day, $5.99. $.99 everyday after, up to 1 week. If it was not returned within 1 week I would be purchasing it for $54.95. I was unable to find a kiosk anywhere I was near, from ** to **. The purpose of my flying to ** was to drive with my son and 4 grandchildren back to **. The stress that this charger, and the complete disregard of my communications caused me during what was already a stressful trip, is unforgivable. After arriving back in ** I then had to drive back to *************, 55 miles away, to return the charger so I would not be charged for it. After returning it, I received a receipt in my email. I then received texts and emails from the company offering to refund the money I paid. Had I known that renting that charger was going to cause me so much trouble, I would have walked away from that kiosk. These people should not be allowed to continue to be in business until they are able to have kiosks everywhere, or state clearly before the rental that there are only a few kiosks in the country. If they do continue to rent these chargers at these kiosks they should learn to answer their phones and emails. I cannot explain the frustration and stress they caused .
