            I just had to have the entire gas supply line to my furnace replaced at great cost to me since Sam and his crew installed an HVAC system in my house in 2020 (it's 2022 at time of writing). He and his crew: 1. Installed the gas line and only hand tightened connections and not using proper torque 2. Used indoor-only pipe outdoors 3. They left that pipe dragging on the dirt and moisture on the ground under my house 4. Didn't install the proper shut off valves between the supply and furnace 5. Ran the indoor-only pipe up the outside of my house in a long meandering path instead of going more directly and inside the structure 6. Didn't ground the pipe This faulty installation leaked and caused my house to fill with natural gas, originating in my attic where the pilot light or furnace could have ignited it. This is one of a few things that have gone wrong directly as a result of improper installation and not mechanical failure over time. This guy talks a really big game and ultimately runs a sloppy business and doesn't know what he's doing. He also promised to come back and do annual maintenance and I haven't seen him since he picked up the last check.
