First start off by the 1st lie pool was suppose to be here July 22 didn’t come until Oct 22 7 months later project still isn’t done. So in April they tried to get final payment release for rest of money when project wasn’t even finish. They don’t pull permits so pool was never expected none of their sub-contractor are license. The stuff wrong with pool in Nov a cement truck poured a load of cement in pool our wonderful contractor told us to clean it out ourselves there to lazy to clean it. In Dec we noticed we was loosing water in pool and pretty fast only to find out we had a leak that didn’t get fix until March. Well guess what that same crack has crack again we discovered that ourselves and was told to jb weld it ourselves Since then we have had multiple cracks. So our pool keeps cracking cause of poor installation our 2nd opinion said that this is the worst pool they have seen with all the hollow spots. They had 3 employees get in pool and they all said the same thing. 2nd opinion also informs us that we suppose to have 5 returns but only have 4. We had to get attorney involved then they refuse to finish work since attorney was involved They sent 3 unprofessional letters to us asking for money for there horrible cement job and the 3 loads of dirt when we have a message saying that they was covering dirt. Our gas heater hasn’t been hooked up cause they need a license plumber and permits which they have neither. Slide never done. The cement has no fiber nor footings it pretty much flakes off and we had metal sticking out Since that ball was dropped our erosion under the cement was crazy our dirt guy said that we had 4 more rains and we would lose all of our cement. Pool contractor justify that by delivering 3 loads of dirt our dirt guy had to bring in 13 loads of clay dirt.The pool vacuum was messed up we had to get a new power supply for it The umbrella holders is like the leaning tower of Pisa.
