            I brought my car in for tire rod replacement, I gets a call saying that I have no brakes on my vehicle at all. Before I brought my vehicle here it wasn’t a thing wrong with my brakes. My vehicle was stopping just fine. Now I have to pay an extra service fee to get it towed home because Gap Automotive did something to my brakes. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem with this company. I’m totally upset with this company. I wouldn’t refer anyone else to them.

            We replaced a right TIE rod end on the front of your vehicle per your request, but we did inform you that a right rear caliper was leaking upon arrival. When the advisor notified you of the brake issue, you confirmed that you knew of a brake issue and leak, but you were unsure of where the leak was. There was fluid on the ground where the TOW TRUCK dropped the vehicle in the parking lot. We did not perform any work to the rear of your vehicle, we only informed you of a safety issue present on a vehicle you had TOWED in. There were no charges to you for the assessment of the brake issue.
