I scheduled an appointment and gave ***** an overview of my needs. She confirmed my needs are within their capabilities. My appointment is 06/20/24, 8:00 am-made 10 days in advance. I told ***** my car was coming from Bastrop on a flatbed. Tubb's Wrecker charged $186.00. We arrive at the dealership to be informed they do not have a Hyundai or Genesis certified service center and cannot deliver the service as originally stated. I demanded to speak with a manager, but was told a manager wasn't available. ***** found an alleged "certified mechanic" to speak with me. I told him I needed to know the effects of using the wrong grade of oil, the effects of riding with low, dirty oil and if the diagnostics I presented reflect known effects associated with driving with the wrong grade and low oil? In essence, a root cause analysis was needed, not a restatement of what I provided. Again, a waste of time. Fast forwarding, ***** leaves me a voicemail stating storage fees will be assessed if my car remains on the lot. 8/16/24, the wrecker arrived at dealership to get my car, but it's not there. It was towed away on a tow truck not a flatbed as the service manager, *** *, said. The keys are missing; so how did it get on the flatbed? *** is avoiding my calls. I call the police to report my car stolen. *** calls and promises car delivery Friday evening and to fix any problems. I soon realize *** is a liar, untrustworthy, a poor communicator, etc. My car was delivered 5 days later. In their possession, 24 miles were added causing more damage, the dashboard isn't functioning and the sealed sunroof's control button is broken. They mishandled my car. It is still being inspected. Information about my car was disclosed to another business without my permission, violating my privacy. I want all towing fees reimbursed ($183.75 to & $175 from) and reimbursement for any other damages your inept, irresponsible, deceitful, cowardly, disrespectful actions caused. No word from ***.
