We purchased our home at ****************** Acushnet in 2020. The previous homeowners had solar panel install by Acushnet Alternative Heating owner name is ***** Everything was to be transferred over to us from Alternative Heating. We **ntacted this **mpany to advised them we had purchased the home and would like all documents and warranties and to **me by to show us how the system works. they came out once in the first month that we purchased the house and we were having some renovation being done and they said they would **me back out. called several times to have this **mpany **me out to make sure the panels were working. The utility **mpany said the panels are not even in our name they were still in the previous owners name and we needed to **ntact the installer to have him switch it over to us.a year has gone by multiple calls with no response. Finally got a in touch with **** the owner/installer (Alternative Heating ) he switched over to our name after a year. I then ask for documents on the panels and he said he doesn't keep documents he gave them to the previous home owners that were actually related to him and they said they didn't have anything. we decided we needed to add a few more solar panels since we are still getting high electric bills. We **ntacted another solar **mpany Trinity ****** they came out and we added more panels they installed them on the front of our house in July of this year..BUT they ran into a problem as they needed a line diagram of the existing panel that were installed by Alternative Heating. The new solar panels that we had installed in July are still not running even though they have been installed since July. they cant do anything which out this line diagram from Alternative Heating. We have emailed and called this **mpany several times, nothing. Trinity ***** has had no luck either, we've been in touch with our electric ** with no response from them either , our next letter is to the **** can you help please
